The Best Workplaces in Manufacturing & Production award is based on analysis of survey responses from nearly 107,000 employees at Great Place To Work Certified™ companies in the manufacturing and production industry.

Thermacell recently opened its 256,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Buford, GA, with more than 60 full-time employees on site. The Buford expansion piggybacks on the 2024 opening of Thermacell’s groundbreaking Science & Research Facility located in Hampton, FL, with a new insourced science team of seven full-time employees. At the core of these expansions is a commitment to building an environment where employees can thrive, both personally and professionally.
