Can I ship outside the US?

Products can only be shipped in the US at this time. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship our products across the border from the U.S. Into Canada. Both the U.S. EPA & DOT and the Canadian PMRA do not allow this. However, you can buy our products online or in store in Canada. Canadian Tire, Cabelas.ca, Homedepot.ca, and Rona.ca are some sites that do ship our products in Canada. We hope this helps answer your questions.

What is Thermacell's shipping policy?

Our free shipping over $29 is via UPS Ground or UPS SurePost to the 48 contiguous United States.

How do I cancel an order?

We typically ship online orders very quickly. Because of this, we are unable to cancel orders after they have been placed. Please review your order in detail to ensure accuracy before you complete checkout. We apologize for any inconvenience.

How do I return my product?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all our products. If you are not happy with your product for any reason, please contact our Consumer Support department first at (866) 753-3837 before returning any products to us. We will gladly assist you.

Can I exchange my product?

We stand behind our products and will replace any malfunctioning repeller, lantern, torch or accessory while it is still under warranty. If you feel your product is not working as designed, please call Customer Service at 1-866-753-3837 or use the contact us form on our website. Our agents will gladly assist you. A copy of your receipt and a picture of your product is required before a product exchange can be processed. Thermacell reserves the right to request product back before an exchange is shipped.

How do I request a refund?

You may return items within 90 days of purchase for credit if you are not 100% satisfied. To request a refund, please call Customer Service at 1-866-753-3837 or use the contact us form on our site. Our agents will gladly assist you. A copy of your receipt and a picture of your product will be required. Thermacell reserves the right to request product back before a refund is issued.

How do I reset my password?

No problem, we can help you with that. If you go to the "Login Page", you will see "Forgot your password?". Click on this link. You will then be prompted to provide your account email address. Type in your email address and click "Reset". Within a few minutes you will receive an email with a reset link. Click this link to reset your password.

How can I subscribe to email offers?

You can register with us for news and promotions at the bottom of our website under the 'Lets be Friends section' simply add your email address and click submit. We will do the rest!

Can I register multiple products on one registration form?

You will need for you to fill out a warranty registration for each product, even if it is the same product. We apologize for any inconvenience

How can I become a wholesale partner?

At this time we can only accept applications for wholesale or retail partners. We are unable to accept additional 3rd party resellers.

How do I request a donation of Thermacell products?

Thank you for your interest in Thermacell products. At this time we are not accepting new requests for donations. Currently, we do support several organizations such as Big City Mountaineers, The Food Project, and European Outdoor Conversation Association that help people experience the outdoors in a way they normally would not be able to. You can read more about these projects on our website in the philanthropy section.

Where are Thermacell products manufactured?

Thermacell Products are designed and manufactured in multiple locations worldwide. On each of our products packaging there is a language as to where the product is manufactured.
