Orders received by 1 p.m. EST are typically shipped out on the same day. Orders received after 1 p.m. EST are typically shipped the next business day. You will usually receive your goods within 3-5 business days of ordering.

All Thermacell® products have a limited, 1-year warranty. We stand behind our products and will repair or replace any malfunctioning repeller, lantern, torch or accessory while it is still under warranty. Use the return procedure outlined below.

Retail Refunds and Exchanges

If the purchase was made at a retail location, please return your product to that store. Retail refunds and exchanges will be governed by the retailer's return policy.

Online Refunds and Exchanges

You may return items purchased on this website within 60 days of delivery for exchange or credit if you are not 100% satisfied. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Customers returning items for exchange will be billed or credited the difference and will also be charged the new shipping and handling costs.

Before Making a Return

Before returning a Mosquito Repellent Repeller, try changing the cartridges to ensure the problem is with the device and not the cartridge. Next, turn the on/off switch to the on position and let the gas flow for 2 minutes before hitting the start button. This will clean out the repeller and often corrects the problem.

Return Procedure for Online Purchases

Print a return form and send the product, the completed form, and your address to us at the address below. Please call Customer Service at (781) 541-6900 to receive a repair ticket number to track progress of your repair.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, customers must accept the delivery and then return the product to Thermacell. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
