Orders received by 1 p.m. EST are typically shipped out on the same day. Orders received after 1 p.m. EST are typically shipped the next business day. You will usually receive your goods within 2-6 business days of ordering depending on your location.

All Thermacell® products have a limited warranty. Our fuel-powered repellers carry a 1-year warranty and our battery-powered repellers carry a 2-year warranty. If you register your product online, we will extend your warranty by one (1) year. We stand behind our products and will replace any malfunctioning repeller, lantern, torch or accessory while it is still under this warranty. You may return items within 60 days of purchase for credit if you are not 100% satisfied. To request a refund, please call Customer Service at 1-866-753-3837. Our agents will gladly assist you. A copy of your receipt and a picture of your product will be required. Thermacell reserves the right to request product back before a refund is issued.

Product Exchange Requests
We stand behind our products and will replace any malfunctioning repeller, lantern, torch or accessory while it is still under warranty. If you feel your product is not working as designed, please call Customer Service at 1-866-753-3837. Our agents will gladly assist you. A copy of your receipt and a picture of your product is required before a product exchange can be processed. Thermacell reserves the right to request product back before an exchange is shipped.
Customers returning items for exchange will be billed or credited the difference and will also be charged the new shipping and handling costs if applicable.
Before Making a Return
Before returning any fuel-powered Mosquito Repellent Repeller, try changing the fuel cartridge(s) to ensure the problem is with the device and not the cartridge. Next, turn the on/off switch to the on position and let the gas flow for 2 minutes before hitting the start button. This will clean out the repeller and often corrects the problem.
We typically ship online orders very quickly. Because of this, we are unable to cancel orders after they have been placed.
