Shipping Information

All products are shipped via UPS Ground to the 48 continental United States.

Orders received by 2 p.m. are typically shipped out on the same day. Orders received after 2 p.m. are typically shipped the next business day. You will usually receive your goods within 3 to 4 business days of ordering.

ThermaCELL^® does not ship products to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada because the cost of shipping butane products by air is prohibitively expensive. However, ThermaCELL products are available at a variety of retailers in those two states. Use the Where to Buy tool at left to find a retailer near you.

Exceptions: If you are interested in paying for air shipment to any of the 50 U.S. states, which typically costs more than $100, please contact us at 781-430-5267.
